1. Soccer: Alan Richards interviews Rikki Herbert on his return from a European tour with the All Whites. Herbert was signed with the Wolverhampton Wanderers while on tour, and played with them in 1985.

2. Soccer: Alan Jones speaks after New Zealand played England 'B' on the All Whites tour to Europe and Fiji. New Zealand lost 2-nil. After the team returned, Jones resigned as coach and was replaced with Kevin Fallon.

3. Womens Cricket: Nikki Turner, captain of the team in 1984, reflects on the tour of the United Kingdom, and looks ahead to bright future for New Zealand. New Zealand drew all three tests on this tour. She makes suggestions on what needs to be done to improve. The interviewer is Peter Sharp.

4. Golf: American golf pro Corey Pavin praises the Paraparaumu course after winning the New Zealand Open.He also talks a little about his career.

5. Rugby: President of the Auckland Rugby Union, and former All Black Malcolm Dick comments on the Auckland Union's decision to not support the tour to South Africa.

6. Athletics Marathon: Rod Dixon speaks after withdrawing from the 1984 New York marathon. He won the event in 1983. He talks about an urgent toilet stop.

7. Cycling: Blair Stockwell of Canterbury after winning the Dulux tour for record third time. This was the last time Dulux sponsored the event. After 25 years, Stockwell retired.

8. Melbourne Cup: Commentary of 1984 horse race won by Black Night.

9. Melbourne Cup: Mrs Anne Lupton, part owner of horse Kiwi, reacts to the decision by Australian vets to scratch the 1983 winner from the 1984 Melbourne Cup.

10. Rugby: All Black Captain, Andy Dalton, is interviewed after winning the second test and the series against France in 1984.

11. Motor Rallying: Stig Blomquist of Sweden is interviewed after winning the 1984 Sanyo International in New Zealand. He talks to Ian Woodley.
