In May of 1965, Reg Kelly was sent to New Zealnad by the United Nations on an assignment to study the Human Rights of the Indigenous population of New Zealand and Samoa, under a Human Rights Fellowship.

Reg Kelly is interviewed by Leo Fowler. Reg Kelly is an Administrator of Indian Affairs in Canada, and believes that the Māori and Indian have similar aspects in terms of culture and customs.
