Pa Te Paeru Ariki of the Cook Islands was the cultural representative of her country during the celebration of Te Arikinui, Dame Te Atairangikahu's twentyfifth anniversary of her leadership of the Māori Kiingitanga movement.

On Pa Te Paeru Ariki's behalf, gifts were presented to Dame Te Ata (23.5.91) The explanations are by the Master of ceremonies on the occasion, Phillip Munro.
