-New Zealand has appointed a new High Commissioner to Niue. He is Warren Searell who has recently worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Middle East and Africa Division. He has also served in Tonga, Fiji and the Phillipines. RNZI's Bruce Hill talks to Warren about the challenges of his new post.
