"Maioha" is a project undertaken by the Freemans Bay branch of the NZ Māori Women's Welfare League during 1993, to mark the United Nations Year of Indigenous Peoples and also the centenary of women's suffrage in Aotearoa.

Sixteen Māori women have been interviewd regarding their vision,aspirations and success in whatever field of endeavour they have chosen.

Hemana Waaka introduces an interview in te reo Māori by Puhi Rangiaho with Aomuhurangi Te Maaka Jones, he wahine rongonui o te motu. (nee Delamere) an exponent of tikanga Māori.
Her father, the late Paora Delamare, was poutokomanawa o te hahi Ringatu.
