Michael Brown is a prominent Auckland lawyer and has now become a judge in court. Michael has taken part in many big law conferences both here in New Zealand and Fiji. There has always been his overriding humanity and aroha that comes through when ever he presides.

At one such conference held in Wellington, Michael and his worship Mr Ken Mason were invited as commentators on the paper, "Law and the Polynesian".

It was delivered by Mr Ludbrooke in the presence of notable legal giants, from New Zealand, Australia and the head Justice of England Lord Elwyn Jones, Lord Chancellor of Britain.

Excerpts from Mr Michael Brown.

Selwyn speaks with Michael about his background, school, Training College, University, league of criminal lawyers, and natural progression to judge.
