Tangata whenua have been quick to respond and take up the opportunity to enlighten their teachers. Speakers include:
- Tairongo Amoamo

- Tamihana Reweti

- Teotoko Te Maipi

- John Leach (Principal Opotiki College)

- Jimmy Cornwell talks about Rapanui (Easter Islands)

- Hēnare te Ua talks with Graham Latimer president of the New Zealand Māori Council about the short comings of the present Māori Affairs Bill.
