Bruce Burns speaks with Hēnare te Ua, about the Gisborne Flood in which three people from Tolaga Bay were drowned. He also talks about the clean up taking place and the use of the many Marae in terms of accommodation which became civil defence out posts. The flood became known as Cyclone Bola.
