Last week Te Reo o Aotearoa gave Auckland and Wellington districts a new sound through radio stations IXK and 2YB to reflect Māori and Pacific Island cultures. A temporary broadcasting licence enabled Te Reo o Aotearoa to present a series of programmes in news, comments and music in seven Pacific languages.

Each morning a guest was invited to share the breakfast session with Mark Bennett and a broadcasting personality from Te Reo o Aotearoa.
