The 1991 Pacific Islands Broadcasting Awards were broadcast from Radio
Suva, Fiji. The hosts Niue Radio Sunshine, Hima Douglas.

- Awards are presented by Steven Vete, on behalf of the South Pacific Commission.

- Marshall Islands, Cook Islands, Solomon Islands, Kiribati and the winner of the " PIBA" award went to David Salapu of the Solomon Island Corporation.
