Hawai'ian Sovereignty - a look at the 1996 plebiscite.

Peter von Buol, an American friend of Hēnare te Ua's living in Chicago did his degree thesis on the above subject. Hēnare's input was drawing comparisons with Māori search for identity. Peter produced his thesis in written form and also in the form of a VHS video.

Side 1 is the audio from the video and side two contains two songs by Henry Kapono: "What is Sovereignty" and "Broken Promise". (Published by Island Pearl Music ASCAP.
