Rangiatea - Māori Anglican Church built in Otaki in the 1840's was destroyed by fire in October 1995.
Mark Wilson is in charge of replicating the carving and artwork for the new structure.
Libby speaks with Mark now.

New Zealand hosted a non-government organisation conference at Auckland's Papakura Marae which ended on Friday.
The theme of the conference was 'Navigating the Pacific', and involved people from Australia, New Caledonia, Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Tonga, Western Samoa, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Papua New Guinea and Fiji.
The conference was funded by the Commonwealth Foundation which is based in London.
Earlier in the week a paper was presented by Manuka Hēnare who teaches at Auckland University in the School of Business, Economics and Māori Business Development.
He talks now with Elma MaUa.
