NIUE CONSULATE:

- giving the address at the opening of the Niue Consulate was the Honrable
Robert Rex. He was Goverment leader from 1968 to 1974, and in the same year
he was made Prime Minister of Niue up unti his death in 1992.

Robert Rex was knighted 'SIR" Robert Rex in 1984.
