Ron then gives a tribute to Brian Donnelly QSO, who was in the top 5 on the NZ First, Party List and who died tragically at the age of 59 while High Commissioner to the Cook Islands.

Te Ururoa explains on how he, as a member of the Parliamentary Priviledges Committee, and being given the available information and evidence, understood the process and criteria to arrive at the judgement he did, which was detrimental to Winston Peters.
Willie asks whether Te Ururoa "forfeited his Maoriness for the process".
Willie states that "the Māori Party base their principles on Maoriness and Māori identity and Māori priority and have'nt let 'Process' guide you" until now.
Te Ururoa also talks about the Te Arawa Settlement Claims with the Labour Government.
