United States National Transportation Safety Board chairman, James
Kolstad, talks about the decision of the Board - that because of
failures by United Airlines, Boeing Aircraft and United States
Government, nine people including New Zealander Lee Campbell, died after
a cargo door blew off United's Flight 811 over Hawaii. Kevin Campbell,
Lee's father, comments on the decision.
