Coverage of second coup in Fiji, Colonel Sitiveni Rabuka has again seized power and will set up a council of chiefs to work out a new constitution. Extracts from an ABC interview with the Colonel, comment from Dr William Sutherland now in Christchurch but former secretary to ousted Prime Minister Timoci Bavandra and Taukei spokesman Ratu Meli Vasi who says his movement is backing Rabuka, and reporter Fraser Folster reports from Suva that life goes only fairly normally in the country but that Suva is more aware of the military takeover.
