The advertisement for Four Square stores showed two elderly ladies, who having conspired with a bus driver, gained a material advantage from an unsuspecting young man.

The Complaint was that it was not a socially responsible way in which to advertise a product.

The Chairman said it employed hyperbolic Kiwi humour and had been prepared with a due sense of social responsibility. Also 7.14pm on TVOne was not targeted at an immature audience.
