Royal New Zealand Air Force Catalina flight crew gathered about map table receiving instructions for their mission. Running to their flying boat (NZ 4037). The aircraft taking off from sea, appears to be in Fiji. Villagers carrying injured man to the beach and row boat. Rowing out to the Catalina and getting the man onto the aircraft. Villagers waving good bye.

The following appears to unedited footage of RNZAF and NZ Army manoeuvres:
A Bren gun crew run into position. RNZAF Mosquitos fly overhead. Crew loading rockets onto Mosquito. Ground crew eating. [Territorials] on manoeuvres. “POWs” brought into camp. Mosquitos taking off. Soldiers in the field. Loading rockets. Aerial footage of the Mosquitos in flight. Army scrambling from camp as the siren goes off. The “POWs” drinking beer.
