In Christchurch, due to earthquake damage, all 7 of the Rugby World Cup games that were scheduled to take place there have been moved to other cities. Some residents are relieved that the city can focus on rebuilding without World Cup pressure. Now Auckland will have to deal with extra visitor numbers. In Japan contamination leaks have forced workers at the Fukushima nuclear plant to flee. NZ rescuers affected. People have been evacuated from a 20km zone around the plant. People in places like Hawaii and the USA are also worried about the nuclear threat and stocking up on iodine.
