NAPIER... High School Shearing: Napier Boys High School offers classes in sheep shearing to 5th and 6th form boys. Leo Sutton, a Wool Board shearing instructor shows the boys the techniques for fast and efficient shearing. Jim Kerr is the holder of the school shearing cup. One thousand sheep run on the 240 acre school farm which is self supporting.
