A group of men weaving sinnet (rope); making fire; coconut milk; cutting and preparing yams; men picking cocoa pods, splitting them open and turning the seeds out for drying; once dried they are then bagged; European family; a kava ceremony takes place for three visitors. After the ceremony the three men are then presented with a tapa cloth and other hand crafted gifts.

The outer walls are all that remain of what was once a large church; other large churches on the island; people taking a dip and doing the daily wash at the ‘Falumea Pool.’ Men on board their outriggers and boats.

Visitors and large groups of islanders gather [at park], large group of men perform a dance each holding an axe; other dancers participate in the event.

A brass band leads the bride and her entourage to the cathedral; stained glass windows from inside the church; the bridal party emerge from the church; band plays outdoors; man admires the panoramic views of the the island from the church; large plane flies overhead into the night sky.
