Vic, a young Chamoru man returns to Guam to learn more about his culture after spending 13 years studying and working in the United States of America. He visits various family members and a friend named Leonard Iriarte who also lived in the United States, but has also returned to Guam for similar reasons. Together they discuss many aspects of their culture while Lynne, Leonard’s wife prepares a meal. Leonard shows Vic his taro garden, they go fishing and visit the ruins of an ancient Chamoru village.
