Len Lye created this rhapsodic, experimental film in a new style of direct animation to accompany the interpretation of a chamber music suite by Henry Brant. The aim was not a synchronisation, but a free interaction. The film was rediscovered and reconstituted by Roger Horrocks with the assistance of the composer and the Museum of Modern Art. (Jean-Michel Bouhours & Roger Horrocks, Len Lye, Centre Pompidou, 2000,p.246)

Its first projection was at Carnegie Recital Hall 3rd March 1957.
