Scouts and Wolf Cubs perform at a rally at the Epsom Show Grounds. The rally is attended by the Dominion Chief Scout, the Governor General, Sir Charles Fergusson, Mr R C Grigsby, District Scout Commissioner for Auckland, and Captain John D. Campbell, Commissioner for the Cook Islands.
The boys perform a haka of welcome for the Governor General.
