The Police are believed to have three prime suspects for the murder of Napier schoolgirl Teresa McCormack. But after five months investigation since the six year old was abducted, raped and killed, they’ve apparently run up against a legal block which is stopping them form pursuing those leads: they’re prevented from taking forensic samples from the three men.
