Maori activist Dun Mihaka was arrested again today, the second time since the Royal Tour began. Mihaka and his wife Diana Prince were arrested North of Porirua as the Queen was travelling between engagements.

Meanwhile Queen Elizabeth attended the graduation ceremony at the Police College in Porirua, while Prince Philip visited the synthetic fuels plant at Motunui, Taranaki.
