Eight of the Royal New Zealand Air Force's Skyhawk aeroplanes left to take part in a large military exercise in Hawaii. It is the first time these aeroplanes have taken part in a RIMPAC exercise. RIMPAC stands for Rim of the Pacific and also involves forces from Canada, The United States of America (USA), and Australia.
