East Coasters fork out thousands of dollars in appeal promoted by Ngati Porou Radio to help victims of Hurricane Heta on Niue Island. The gesture returns a similar favour by Niue Islanders who donated money to the East Coast region when Cyclone Bola struck in 1986.
