Prime Minister Helen Clark visits Niue on the 30th anniversary of self government and announces that New Zealand will provide Niue with a $20 million aid package over the next five years (on top of regular aid commitments) to rebuild the island's infrastructure which was devastated by Cyclone Heta earlier this year.
