A tribute to Masiofo La'ulu Fetauimalemau Mata'afa who died last week in Samoa. Masiofo La'ulu Fetauimalemau Mata'afa was the second Samoan woman elected to office in the Samoan Parliament, and one of the first woman to hold the rank of Matai.
