Shortland Street actor Kiel McNaughton travels to Papua New Guinea with his family and takes part in a secret male initiation ceremony. Camera Operator Martin Anderson won a 2011 Aotearoa Film and Television (AFTA) Award for this story. The award was for Best Current Affairs Camera.
