American (US) navy bosses are praising their Government's decision to lift the ban on Royal New Zealand Navy ships from docking in Pearl Harbor in time for the international maritime Rim of the Pacific Exercise (RIMPAC) as HMNZS "Canterbury" is due to dock in Hawaii tomorrow.
