There are 270 banana growers in Tonga registered with New Zealand's biggest Horticultural Aid Project in the South Pacific. Amanda Robertshawe visits the plantation of Manasi Tui'inuka Afe, shows control of insects, removal of diseased plants, and spraying for black leaf streak, the diseases that decimated the Tongan Banana Industry in the 1960's. Harvesting and packing bananas for export on the "Forum Samoa".
